Dr. Siddhesh Kalantri

Dr. Siddhesh Kalantri is a skilled Hematologist, Hemat-oncologist and Stem cell transplant physician practising in Nashik. He graduated from the well-known Grant Medical College and JJ hospital, Mumbai. He cleared his masters (MD Medicine) with a Gold Medal from Government Medical College, Amritsar. He again topped his DM in Clinical Hematology (Speciality training in Hematology and Transplant) from the reputed Institute of Hematology and Transfusion Medicine, Medical College Kolkata. He has been trained in bone marrow/ hematopoietic stem cell transplant at ACTREC, Tata Memorial Hospital, Mumbai.

He also went to Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Institute, Seattle, USA to update himself with the latest trends in bone marrow transplant. He has publications in various Haematology journals of national and international reputations and he has been invited as a speaker in different conferences. Dr. Kalantri has been very compassionate, understanding and empathic towards his patients. He has always been vocal about creating awareness and guiding people regarding awareness of various blood related disorders. He has expertise in diagnosis and treatment of both adult and paediatric haematological disorders like anemia (low hemoglobin), thrombocytopenia (low platelets), bleeding disorders and hematological malignancies like lymphoma, myeloma, amyloidosis, acute leukaemia, chronic leukaemia etc.
