Qualification: M.Sc/ B.Sc Nursing, Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Public Health, Business
Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., LEED, CSR, ESG) is preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in ESG, sustainability, corporate social responsibility, or a related
field. Experience in the healthcare sector is highly desirable.

• Develop and implement comprehensive ESG strategies and policies
• Align ESG initiatives with the hospital’s mission, vision, and values
• Integrate ESG considerations into the hospital’s overall strategic planning.
• Lead initiatives to reduce the hospital’s environmental footprint, including waste management, energy efficiency,
  water conservation, and sustainable procurement.
• Monitor and report on the hospital’s environmental performance.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards.
• Promote a culture of social responsibility within the hospital.
• Ensure that the hospital complies with all relevant ESG regulations and standards
• Communicate ESG goals, strategies, and performance to staff, patients, and the community.
• Develop metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure ESG performance.
• Conduct audits and assessments to ensure continuous improvement in ESG practices.

• Managing and leading all nursing personnel operations.
• Developing short and long-term goals for the entire nursing department
• Establishing new policies and updating existing policies to improve the standard of care for patients.
• Planning and overseeing admission, nursing, and patient care processes.
• Maintaining department budgets and recording all expenses.
• Responding to any nursing-related issues in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with medical staff and other departments to ensure hospital efficiency.
• Oversee all Infection control / Quality management /NABH process/medical record-keeping processes and ensuring all necessary documents are accurate and up-to-date.
• Hiring and training new nursing staff members.
• Evaluating staff performance and preparing accurate reports detailing your findings.

• Hands on experience in overall management, supervision and implementation of health programs; possess diagnostic / decision-making / problem solving & people management skills.

• To provide Guidance, leadership, oversight and quality assurance for the enhancement of the present medical practice.
• To monitor all clinical practices are on evidence-based medicine.
• To administer anesthetics prior, during and after surgery or other medical procedures and counteract adverse reactions or complications.

• Perform assessment on inpatient referred to the critical care service, perform outreach rounds, assess acutely unwell patients in the hospital and complete administrative tasks such as updating patient notes, discharge summaries and prescribing medications relevant to treatment
• To check blood sample results and inform respective consultants for necessary actions
• Coordinate with OT, Lab, blood bank & radiology for the required investigation and treatment.

• Prepare drug chart in consultation with consultants, monitor nursing care & ensure timely medicine administration.
• to assist with pre-operative /admission and outpatient clinics, if requested
• to prescribe medicines to take home and complete discharge summary letters as requested attend to all formalities with regard to discharge according to local policies
• before going off duty ensure written appropriate communication to the oncoming RMO specifying any requirements of individual patients

• Directing, administering, and coordinating internal operational activities of the hospital in accordance with the assigned policies, goals, objectives and Polices set by hospital – To look after the day-to-day operations of the hospital and carry out tasks assigned by the Management. General Administration & Operations in all the hospital activities including the maintenance job.
• Responsible for the medically related aspects of the hospital, viz. Consultants, Medical Officers, Nursing Staff, Operation Theatre, ICU, Emergency and Diagnostic Services- Cath Lab OPD Services, Medical Record, Bio Medical waste management, Ambulance, TPA, Billing, Pharmacy, Blood Bank and Equipment Purchase and Maintenance.
• Interacting with patients & addressing their requests/ issues and provide the highest quality of safe patient care.

• Participate in all the Domestic Marketing activities like CME, Road Show and Doctor User Group, domestic conference/exhibitions, KYD, QCM etc.
• Manage client relationship – Weekly visiting clients to solve queries & to maintain good relations with existing client.

• Billing executives works under supervision of your reporting manager
• Update Patients file for the services render.
• Ensure correct computation of OPD & IPD billing as per respective guidelines, to issue billing adjustments, track, process and complete third-party invoices.
• Validate refund cheques for Patients,
• Follow up on any declined credit card, – to contact Patient’s relation to their payment inquiries
• Revert on patients’ billing & Insurance questions
• Handle Pre authorization and estimate of patient.
• Handle collections on unpaid accounts
• Manage the facility’s / Patients Accounts Receivable reports
