Dr. Abhay Vispute

An MD doctor with nearly 17 years of experience, Dr. Abhay is committed to upholding the highest clinical standards for patient care and safety for the Group. He has been instilling a strong focus on healing, one patient at a time. SRV Group under his able leadership has been playing a pivotal role in redefining Critical Care and Surgical Care standards and has been serving the community extensively through its hospital network and is known for its excellence in the diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of complex and chronic diseases.
“SRV” is named after Dr. Abhay’s father, late Prof. Shantaram Vispute.

Mayuri Joshi Vispute

Mayuri intends to drive a stronger “Human Touch” in the entire healing process. She attributes the success of the group to our strong and reliable team who live the SRV Culture to the tee and ensures that each person who walks through the SRV doors is treated with respect, assurance and concern. Her vision is to serve a much larger population of India by adding more facilities which would also be highly advanced tertiary care healthcare setups and would enable people to avail world-class healthcare services right where they live.

Prashanth Shetty

Prashanth’s goal for the group has been to bring the community a unique healthcare experience. He intends to make a difference in the healthcare ecosystem through stronger patient centric processes and a perfect amalgamation of Latest technology, Personalized care, Leading doctor’s availability, skilled medical and non-medical teams and world-class infrastructure. He envisages that SRV Group will be more than a hospital with the best treatment, it will always be recognized as a “Hospital with a Heart”.

Sameer Pawar is a highly experienced professional with a healthcare background and a diverse skill set. He has 22 years of work experience, focusing on the healthcare sector for the last decade. Currently, Sameer leads the organization, working closely with promoters and investors, and ensures a high-performing team that adapts to industry changes. He emphasizes investing in people’s capabilities for success in the new normal and is responsible for optimizing technology utilization and fostering partnerships to achieve growth targets.

A stealth leader and synergist with a solid reputation and progressive experience of over 15 years across various industries and markets, Nachiket is a Six Sigma certified professional with a track record of orchestrating novel business strategies, formulating marketing and operational initiatives, opening new market segments, fueling service improvement efforts and developing new business opportunities. At SRV, he leads the operational delivery at the group, ensuring high-quality patient experiences. He shares responsibility for strategic direction, meeting objectives, delivering exceptional care, promoting a high-performance culture, and maintaining financial strength.

CHRO

Tejashree is a results-driven HR leader with 19+ years of experience across various aspects of business. She excels in partnering with business leaders to drive strategic HR initiatives aligned with organizational goals. Tejashree has a proven track record of managing senior leader relationships globally and building strong stakeholder connections. She is skilled in cross-cultural initiatives, organizational alignment, and attention to detail. With expertise in mergers and acquisitions, she has successfully handled due diligence and post-acquisition integration. Tejashree holds an MBA in HR, a Master’s Degree in Commerce, and certifications in leadership development and compensation & benefits. She has been recognized with the “Women Super Achiever Award” by the World HRD Congress.

Faridh is a highly accomplished professional specializing in Strategic Planning, Sales & Marketing, Business Transformation, and Team Management. He possesses a comprehensive skill set in understanding various facets of brand management, encompassing product management, international marketing, pharmaceutical sales, market research, and strategic marketing. He holds a MBA in Marketing and Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Chennai university. With over 22 years of extensive experience, his expertise lies in adeptly identifying challenges, formulating effective solutions through thorough analysis, brainstorming, and considering diverse perspectives.
