My wife and I were both in the hospital for my wife’s surgery. We speak from four days of experience. The hospital is kept very clean. Frequent cleaning of toilets and patient accommodation. The doctors here are amazing.Every person associated with the hospital is very nice. Everyone was very helpful. The medical facilities are of very good quality. I sincerely thank everyone. My recent experience with SRV goregaon was when my mother suffered a stroke and was admitted, I was out of India, but the hospital ensured a Hassel free treatment for my mom right from her admission till discharge I would specially like to thank Mr. AJAY KALAMKAR from the hospital staff who proactively offered to help us to manage my mom’s hospitalization in out absence, he was regularly coordinating with us and updating us on wts app about the progress. He helped with expediating process when ever needed. This was a big help when we were not physically present to look after my mom. It was my first experience of hospitalization for appendix operation and It felt like home because of the doctors I am thankful to Dr. Pradeep Shriyan, Vishal & Dr. Shifa for being helpful and also the operation went very smoothly and the housekeeping and nursing staff took care of mine very well. I would also like to bring in an address that not only the doctors but the other staff like the billing and marketing team were also very much helpful.

The service was best! All the nurses, staff and Doctors are highly professional, they made sure and checked all time that the patient was recovering good and fast. Dr. Ranjana Pandit ma’am (Gynaecologist) helped me with the best guidance and consultance and successfully did my surgery and my recovery. The office department was very much helpful and co-operative, Yograj sir made the whole insurance and admission process really easy.

Excellent hospital, staff and doctors. Specially Doctor ankit potdar & yograj. Great maintenance of rooms. Their nursing staff, housekeeping, and doctors take very close care of the patient, make them feel comfortable and help them recover quickly. Service and treatment was very good.

I was admitted for Hernia Surgery. The nursing staff was amazingly too good. Always smiling, warm hospitality, always available on call with caring attitude. Housekeeping staff also were fantastic and taking care of everything time to time. Cleanliness of room, washroom etc was best maintained. RMO were also friendly and supportive. I was admitted in SRV Hospital two weeks back. I got discharge exactly 6 days back.. First of all it was a pleasent surprise for me having such a dedicated Covid center located in Goregaon west. It is a well managed center to handle Covid patients issues under leadership of Dr Abhay Vispute and his dedicated team. Hospital is well managed and equipped with advance facilities. As soon as felt I am having problem ; I immediately admitted and got problem settled. I will advice Nip the problem in bud stage only don’t delay the treatment. I appreciate the efforts put by the young dedicated hospital staff in motivating and counciling the patient as it is a new problem and in the begining situation is quite difficult to cope up with for a patient.With full PPE kit how this team is working is really great. Not a easy working. Physio Therapist Dr Imrans gives you so much confidence in the first trial itself so you get motivated . He really injects confidence and positivity in you through exercise. My best wishes to Dr Abhay Vispute ; Dr Deepak ; Dr Tripathi and Dr Tejashree and From Nursing staff Sneha; Maya; Vandana and Rupali. All attendant supported well during the day.

My husband was admitted for laparoscopy by Dr.Pradeep shriyan in SRV…..wonderful person he is….very well experienced and friendly in nature…he made us so comfortable that we forgot all our tension regarding surgery…all staff was copoperative.,.even billing department person was well versed and guided us through all mediclaim procedure perfectly….A special thanx to Dr Tabassum khan who introduced us to Dr.pradeep shriyan…
