Only one visitor is allowed at a time, for a maximum of 10 minutes to visit the patient.
Only the companion is allowed with the patient for any room category type.
Companions / Visitors are requested to display the companion/visitor pass while visiting the patient for easy identification.
Patient Companions have to vacate the room whenever the patient is shifted to any critical care area. However, you have a choice of retaining the room (subject to availability) while the patient is in the intensive/critical care area. Additional charges for the same shall be applicable on a daily basis.

Please do not bring flowers to the hospital premises.
Visitors below the age of 12 years are not permitted to enter the ward or any other inpatient area.
Do not bring outside eatables inside hospital premises.
Please do not keep any Cash, Mobile, Jewellery and Personal Documents in the patient’s room. The Hospital shall not be responsible for loss of any such personal belongings.
Smoking in Hospital Premises is strictly prohibited.
Consumption of intoxicants or entering hospital premises intoxicated are strictly prohibited.
Photography or Videography inside the hospital premises are strictly prohibited.

Billing

Mode of payment and Refund

We accept payments by Cash, Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Bank Transfers and UPI. No cheque payment will be accepted. Refunds will be paid by bank transfer within 8 working days.
Maximum INR 1, 99,000/- will be taken in cash for any number of admissions throughout the one financial year,
The rest amount will need to be provided by other means like Card/Bank Transfer.

Billing Policy

Interim Billing

You will be informed on your interim bill on a daily basis. An interim bill is based on current billing status and will vary from the final bill. An interim bill should not be considered as the final bill.

Credit Facility - Insurance / Corporate

Credit Facility is offered to corporate patients and to those covered under insurance, provided the TPA has a tie-up with SRV Hospital. Further details for credit facility can be availed from the billing department.
Advance shall be taken if a patient walks in without an authorization letter. Even in case of authorization letter, a deposit of INR 10,000/- for Wards and INR 40,000/- for ICU which is totally case specific is required for non-medical expenses that are generally not covered.
Security deposit of INR 10,000/- for wards and 25000/- for ICU will be deposited until the final claim settlement is made by the TPA/Corporate party.
Non-medical expenses include Registration, admission, medical supplies, consumables like gloves and thermometer etc. Further details can be obtained from the billing department.
Room rent difference, Co-payment, Non-medical expenses and other unrelated expenses disallowed by TPA will be charged to the patient's account and presented for settlement before discharge.
For patients covered under medical insurance, it is mandatory to get approval for a cashless facility from TPA before the patient gets admitted. However, in case of emergency, the approval for cashless facility is to be applied within 24 hours of admission.
For patients covered under medical insurance, the original bills, reports and films are sent to the TPA. A copy of bill and reports are provided to the patient. Additional films/CDs can be procured after paying additional charges for the same.
The hospital is not liable if TPA delays in providing authorization, gives partial authorization or denies authorization. 100% of estimated cost and/or the difference of estimated cost needs to be deposited in such cases.
For cashless processing please provide us TPA/insurance Card, patient’s government Photo Identification proof, previous Treatment documents and other supporting documents depending on the case, at earliest. Cashless is subject to approval by TPA/Insurance company.
Only one insurance authorization per patient will be processed for TPA approval.
Initial approval is taken after submission of Pre-Authorization request. Generally, replies from TPA take 4-6 hours.
Pre-Approval, Initial approval is only an indication that TPA has considered the case. All pre-approvals are subject to final approval before discharge. TPA may raise a query or reject the case during the final settlement of the bill.
TPA may deduct or deny payment later during settlement of the bill, even if final authorization is received initially. You would be informed of any such eventuality and requested to settle the dues in such a scenario.
