Dr. Karthik Munichoodappa

Dr. Karthik Munichoodappa is a highly experienced diabetologist with over 21 years of expertise in diabetes management. He earned his MBBS from M S Ramaiah Medical College, Bangalore, in 2003 and completed the Certificate Course in Evidence-Based Diabetes Management (CCEBDM) from the Public Health Foundation of India (PHFI), New Delhi, in 2009. His dedication to advancing diabetes care led him to the UK, where he underwent specialized training in Endocrinology & Diabetes at City Hospital Birmingham, further enhancing his expertise in managing complex cases of diabetes and hormonal disorders. He currently holds the position of Joint Secretary at the Karnataka Research Society for the Study of Diabetes in India (KRSSDI), playing a vital role in promoting research and awareness. Additionally, he serves as the Secretary of the Diabetes Club in Bangalore, where he contributes to the development and dissemination of diabetes care best practices.
