Dr. Sanil Sinhasan

Dr. Sanil R. Sinhasan is a highly qualified and experienced medical professional specializing in Psychiatry. He completed his M.B.B.S. degree from Rural Medical College, Loni, and went on to undertake a one-year internship at K.E.M. Hospital, Mumbai. His dedication to the field led him to pursue an M.D. in Psychiatry from TN Medical College Nair Hospital, where he received comprehensive training.

Following his postgraduate studies, Dr. Sinhasan served as a Specialty Medical Officer at Shatabdi Hospital, Govandi, and further honed his skills during a two-year tenure as a Senior Registrar in a government setup.

Dr. Sinhasan is not only committed to clinical practice but also actively engaged in research. He has conducted ground breaking studies on psychosis, presented issues related to Tuberculosis in collaboration with Medicins Sans Frontieres (MSF), and explored scientific aspects of mood disorders.

In addition to his clinical and research roles, Dr. Sinhasan has extended his expertise to education and awareness initiatives. He has undertaken a certificate course on Dementia from the University of Tasmania and conducted lectures on various topics, including dementia management, for BMC and various organizations.
