Dr. Smita Patil

Dr. Smita Patil is a Consultant Paediatric Neurologist practicing in Mumbai. She has an experience of more than 6 years in the treatment of numerous disorders involving the central & peripheral nervous system in children.

She has obtained her MBBS from B.J. Medical College, MD in Paediatrics from Seth G S Medical College & KEM Hospital and, DNB in Paediatrics from NBE New Delhi. She has done her Fellowship in Pediatric Neurology & Epilepsy from Lokmanya Tilak Municipal Medical College & General Hospital.

She is a meticulous doctor and keeps a thorough follow-up of all the patients who consult her. She is a keen learner and is up to date with all the new nuances in the field of neurology. Her special fields of interest are childhood epilepsy & autism spectrum disorder.

Dr. Smita is also actively involved in various medical camp organised at local and national levels. She has been projecting her work through numerous papers and talks at various conferences across the country.
Apart from this she is also an enthusiastic teacher and holds an experience as an Assistant Professor in Department of Pediatrics, Neurodevelopment at Sion Hospital.
